A soda fired version of one of my forever favorites. Soda firing is magical in the way you just never know how the soda will hit the clay. The result is insanely unpredictable and every one is a little gem to be treasured, but like, not so much you don’t enjoy it every day. On this one, I especially love the juxtaposition of the little spots on the inside where my hands pinched the clay versus the less spotted exterior. Really something.
